Tryout Dates:

NEW:

          October 29th (2:30-3:20) for BOTH 4th and 5th grade students. 

 

Parent Pickup: Students can be picked up at the front of the school, near the flagpole. Please Park in a designated parking spot and walk to meet your child. Please DO NOT drive through car line or park on the side of the building. This is for the safety of the children. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

If selected for the team, the below forms are required in order to be eligible to play:

• Student Information E-Form
• Athlete Agreement E-Form
• Parent & Athlete Code of Conduct E-form
• Information Consent/General Release Form
• EL2 & EL3 Form

The estimated fees for the season will be $70. This fee includes:

• Registration fee
• Referee fee

 

Please log into myschoolbucks to make your season payment. Students will not be eligible to participate until payment has been received.
