Tryout Dates 

         4th Grade Students:     January 14th (2:30-3:15)

         5th Grade Students:     January 15th (2:30-3:15)    

Pickup: Parents, please park in a designated parking spot and meet your child at the back gate, near the basketball court at 3:15. Please be on time for pickup. After-care students will be dismissed to after-care after tryouts have concluded.

If selected for the team, the below forms are required in order to be eligible to play:

• Student Information E-Form
• Athlete Agreement E-Form
• Parent & Athlete Code of Conduct E-form
• Information Consent/General Release Form
• EL2 & EL3 Form

The estimated fees for the season will be $110. This fee includes:

• Registration
• Uniform
• Referee Fees
• Field rental space
